What I love about Florida Aquascapes is that you were not just another customer! You got to know the owner Mel and his son-in-law Trent! Charlie and Josh were so much fun and very hard workers! We are an outdoor family and every time they were here we were outside watching all their progress! We began our journey with a face to face meeting with Mel! He figured out what we liked, showed us examples, and that's where the fun took off! Mel and Trent designed our pool using their premium design software!

After approving the design we had another sit down with Mel to go over the contract and plan for the project! We began with a site prep and dig day! My three boys and husband watched and even joined in some on day one! Charlie and Josh worked until it was too dark to see and came back early the next morning on many occasions to finish the job! They even worked in pouring down rain! We felt so bad we made sure they had food to eat on some of their hardest days! Mel made sure the sub crews he had working on our pool were knowledgeable and organized! Mel and Trent personally put in our pool tile, fence, pool pump, and ran all the electrical! We did not have to worry about anything from the day we signed the contract!

During this project my boys got to know the Florida Aquascapes crew and looked forward to seeing them after school each day! Like any construction job it was messy, but the progress was amazing to watch!

With all outdoor construction jobs remember that it is messy and the weather is not predictable! There may be some delays due to weather, but Mel and Trent will make sure you are taken care of! I felt like they went above and beyond when it came the entire process starting at the consultation, working with our budget and always being sure to keep us in the loop, during the entire project. He came out and gave us all the options, priced them individually, and even recommended not doing something that he could have charged us more for because it wasn’t right for our configuration. He completed the work and told me how to maintain it for the best results. I did what he told me to do, even though the pool store suggested something different.
